Gypsy Cornbread is a group of three native Alabamians with a very diverse musical background.  The music around here is pure and unforgiving; it tells no lies.  We grew up in the middle of blues, rock and roll, country, and soul.  This thing called "gypsy jazz" is a bit different but still holds true to many of the same characteristics.  The music is absolutely about evoking emotion.  With musical influences from Hank Sr. to Mozart we couldn't be much more different musically.  As a band we all find common ground in gypsy jazz.
